Note:
All entries must be received at City Hall, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522 - Mayor’s Office, 7th Floor, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 6, 2017.
The winners' names will be announced on this website on October 20, 2017. Mayor Bailey will hold a special reception acknowledging the winning Student-Artists and their Teachers on November 1, 2017.
